Interculturality and Diversity are transversal values that are reflected in all of Frauenalia's work and in all of our programs, not only through the diversity of our teachers and coaches, but also through the work on topics such as intercultural competencies, multicultural and diverse teams, etc.

 

Our work is also attuned to what is happening around us and in everything we do we seek to align our core values with what is happening in the world and its development. Thus, in full awareness of factors such as globalization and digitalization, we also understand the importance of aspiring to what is known as transculturality and the understanding of a global culture.
