
Module 1 is aimed at migrant women who are considering to set up their own business in Berlin and want to obtain professional information before making a decision.
This module first reflects on aspects of the migration process and what it means to be a migrant and an entrepreneur. Participants also profile their personal and professional competences and analyze basic entrepreneurial skills. In a second part of the module, technical information is given about the requirements for entrepreneurship in Germany. Finally, the module ends with an initial analysis of possible business ideas.

Duration: 6 seminars on the following dates: 17th, 19th, 24th, 26th, February, 2nd and March 5th from 9:00 to 14:00
Limited places: max. 12 women.
Costs: no costs for the participants, as the program is funded by the European Social Fund and the City of Berlin.
Requirements: You can apply for a place if you have been living in Berlin for at least one year and your German level is at least B1. Punctual attendance at all seminars and dedicated work on all topics is absolutely required.
