In Frauenalia we assist you in your labor integration process either as an employee or as an entrepreneur. In our programs we guide you and accompany you in your process of change that you will experience on your way to your professional relaunch.

Within the framework of our current projects we have various programs to empower migrant women of different profiles.

The working groups are small and limited to approximately twelve participants per group. This added value allows the teachers and coaches to work individually with the participants and guarantees personal and direct communication. 

All are publicly funded and free of charge for the participants.
